Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through www.wallandmore.me


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or production delays, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you via email if your order is delayed.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may have restrictions or additional customs requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure safe delivery. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wallandmore.me with photos of the packaging and item.
  • If your order is lost or missing, please notify us immediately. We’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

We will do our best to replace or refund damaged items.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an error occurs, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.
