- Wall and More will review the request within 24 hours and respond with the outcome.
- If accepted, we will arrange for the same shipping company that delivered your order to collect it within 3 to 5 business days.
- You will receive a full refund for the product price and shipping cost via the same payment method used for the purchase.
What If I Change My Mind and Want to Cancel the Order Before Receiving It?
Due to the quality of our products, which are custom-made, we begin manufacturing immediately upon order confirmation and do not maintain an inventory of displayed products. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the confirmation date by sending an email to info@wallandmore.me, attaching your invoice, and using "Order Cancellation" as the email subject.
